The rainforest has always seemed to keep secrets from the public. However the true magic of Maromizaha comes from both the rainforest and the people. From all the effort and dedication of Dr. Weir, local guides and other researchers the beauty of Maromizaha has been preserved, for now. Sadly many human influences threaten the future of this paradise and it is only through the help of others that we can hope to preserve this land for all of the beautiful and rare wildlife.
The biota of Maromizaha is a reflection of the beauty Madagascar, with many of the species unique to region.
